Review on itPBX by Mark Gancio

The features are very easy of use when you need them in any time without having your IT department's support every step along way! When I needed help right away or at anytime - they were always there whenever we had questions about how things work together & what was going wrong. Nothing really so far but not too many complaints either (we do get good customer service). It is great because most people can figure out their own problems just by reading documentation which saves us money/time while using this system instead if hiring someone else who would charge extra fees as well!!
