Review on 🌲 6-Pack Bayside Breeze Little Trees Car Air Freshener by Gary Flick

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfectly refreshing after a family of mice crawled under the hood and died in the air filter!

This filter saved my family. Have you ever opened a car door (perhaps for several days in a row) only to find it smells like a mix of different deaths? Remember Grumpy Old Men, when Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau were catching dead fish in each other's cars? That was my reality a few weeks ago. Imagine a family minivan. Of course, in this situation one wonders what the hell the kids threw in the food that rolled under the seat and started to rot. They inspect the car, an amateur attempt at detailing, including taking out and cleaning all the floor mats. It wouldn't be rude if the smell of dog poop was on someone's shoe, so clean the floor just in case. But still, when you turn on the fans, the smell of pure disgust comes through the vents and permeates your amazing cleaning job. (and your family). When your husband checks the air filters, he discovers that the family minivan has been taken over by another family. It's like a Lifetime movie where someone else lives in the attic and terrorizes everyone and makes you think you're crazy. Only this time, this family is a family of mice. And they didn't make it. And the smell of your car accurately and vividly reflects these events. Even after the second family was removed from the situation, their stench lingered. It takes a while to rid a family van of this smell, but we figured we wouldn't have to go through the process. And that's where the Bayside Breeze car air freshener comes to the rescue. Halle-FREAKING-lujah, what a great scent. I never imagined that I would find myself in this situation and that a small, fragrant, tree-shaped savior wrapped in plastic could bring so much pure joy to our injured nostrils. You can even gradually freshen the air by taking some more wood out of the packaging, which is a great way to get the most out of an air freshener and extend its lifespan. And we do that with the second in the pack. But in our case we went all out and pulled the magnificent tree completely out of the packaging. You just don't care about the lingering smell of a family of dead mice that have crawled under your car and settled in your air filter. You change the filter and get some of these.
