After some research I decided to try these. I heard that Riveras helped me transition from a heel strike technique to a more proper running technique. I've only run it once since I've had them, but I noticed the difference right away. Because of the way the shoe is constructed it tries to limit how much you stand in the heel and I felt like it's not really possible to walk in heels. I went up a half size since I heard the toe is narrower. The fit seemed decent and there was more room than there probably would be if I went with my normal size.
