This LANBELLE Supernatural Moist Lock Toner is an aqueous, milky liquid. It is a moisturizing (non-astringent) tonic. It contains ceramides to strengthen the skin barrier, lightweight hyaluronic acid to retain moisture and several skin-friendly enzymes. It contains no artificial flavors or colors, but does contain eucalyptus essential oil at the bottom of the ingredients list. All essential oils can irritate sensitive skin, but since there aren't many of them, this may not be an issue. Made in Korea. The outer packaging has a sticker and the bottle comes with a foil cap and both clearly show the expiry date (over 2 years). The ingredients are listed on the outer packaging in English and Korean. but not on the inner bottle.
