I love this item. It arrived vacuum packed so it was flat and crumpled when opened but I just tossed it in the dryer on low heat for about 10 minutes and then fluffed it up with a boar bristle brush and it looked perfect. I've worn it 4 or 5 times since I received it and get compliments every time. It's soft and WARM - the second time I wore it, our performance started late and we stood in line outside the venue for almost an hour in freezing rain and all I needed to cover my sleeveless dress was - that's a cloak (I thought I'd only be out for two minutes, so I didn't take a decent cloak). This thing was a lifesaver! I was worried I'd ruin it by getting it wet but I just tossed it in the dryer after it air dried and then fluffed it up again with a brush and it came out like new. get one!
