Holds up really well. I use it to attach insignia to my scout's sash. I also use it to attach patches to the uniform's duty shirt without having to sew anything on. Put the clothes I used them on in the washer and dryer a few times and the patches stay in place! I had to remove the patch which was annoying. Had to use "Slime Gone" (like Magic Icon Maker recommend). Even after the mucus disappeared, it was difficult to remove the patch. I know that if I put a patch on with this material it will stay on until I take it off.
