A skirt with inserts?

The skirt idea is cute, but looking at the product photos and photos from other buyers, I feel like they changed the product. I noticed that another customer seemed to get the same thing I did - a skirt with a panel for each color instead of a seamless connection of all colors. It's cute enough, but not what I was expecting from the photos, and it's not high on the list when I'm on a quick look for a petticoat for little miss.

Pros

🌈 EXCEPTIONAL STYLE: 12 independent tulle tufts of different colors sewn on rainbow tutu skirt different from regular skirt. When you dance, the whole skirt doesn't come up as long as you lift your leg. Ribbons are sewn on the waist, you can tie a bow or tie any other shape as you like, absolutely cute.
