Review on HRDJ Changing Flexible Control Bedroom by Billy Mariner

I bought them in May and just installed them and I'm so disappointed that after all this installation work, red AND blue don't work in RGB which limits the color scheme, and the audio function does not record music either, despite the installation of a loudspeaker on a shelf next to the entrance. 20 color options - that's just 18 shades of white and 2 shades of green thanks to the absence of red and blue. Oh, and when you turn it off, it just becomes a dull green. The attached video shows a quick auto-adjust so you can see all 20 colors! I want to contact support for help or a replacement, but there is no contact information in the application or guide.
