No stability, pure foam and that's it.
There isn't enough support on the sides of the shoe and the shoe itself is very foamy and has stubble and lateral stability. I put them on and nearly sprained my ankle right away. You have to tie them very tightly to even walk in them. There is no bow support at all. I am 6ft 3ft, 250lbs, flat feet, 29 years old, active male. I returned them.
