This bag is very cute but gender neutral and can be paired with anything I wear to class. However, the zippers aren't great and I could definitely see this bag falling apart if I put some heavy textbooks in it. Also, the pocket had a little stitch sticking out, which bothered me a bit, but it was barely noticeable, so I let it slide off. If you're looking for something heavier I would go for the Adidas Strength backpack, it's a bit bigger and not as stylish but you can fit your whole life in it and it will last forever (I use it for traveling). .
