I used the size chart and got the average size which turned out to be accurate but please note when measuring the palm the thumb should not be included other than in the picture They show along with the size chart. The circumference of my palm is 8 inches (or 7.75 inches if I pull hard), my middle finger is 3.25 inches long (including my nail) and the distance from my wrist to the tip of my middle finger is about 7.75 inches (including nail). The wrist cuff is snug but not tight, which is perfect. They're nice and thin - not bulky at all. The touchscreen worked great for taking photos with my phone and would be perfect for capturing videos of my son's soccer games this fall when my hands usually get cold. They look like they're a lot warmer than the regular cheap OSFA knit gloves I usually buy from Target and make great driving gloves for the steering wheel in the cold this winter. I doubt they're warm enough to pick with a shovel, but I bought warmer gloves for that. My 14 year old son has slightly longer fingers than mine but they also fit him perfectly so he threatens to steal them from me. Guess I gotta get him a pair now too. :)
