So I know they were quite small and to try and get a good fit I ordered a 4XL. I usually wear an XL, but I wanted this one to fit. It fits pretty well, it's a bit long which is ok but more importantly it's actually big enough to close the front. The only other issue is that the belt loops are about 6 inches below, so I cut them off and move them up. Otherwise I'm happy with this robe compared to the last one I received which was absolutely impossible to close at the front. I'm 6ft 1in and about 185lbs so I'm by no means fat but I would recommend this size, or at least 3XL if you're about my height.
