Soft to the touch but the box is torn.
Just received in the mail today. The box was bent and torn and there was a stain on the front of the lid. It just looks like it's been opened before. It still has a soft feel and I'm sure it will work just fine, just not exactly reassuring when you're buying from a more expensive brand.
