Review on Vera Bradley Tote Stone Straw by Michelle Wilson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The turtle is embroidered, the lining is beautiful.

This will be a great back for the summer holidays. It's so beachy and fun and the colors are definitely summery. Just like the sea and different shades of blue, it will definitely complement my summer wardrobe. It's a fairly large straw bag which you can certainly take to the pool if you wish, but I probably won't use it for that. It doesn't have legs, and while I'm sure it's a fairly water-resistant straw, I often get my beach bags wet. This straw is very soft and pliable and I appreciate its movement and feel against my skin. The turtle on the back is actually embroidered onto the straw. I don't know if it's thread or straw, but it definitely looks a lot better than if it were printed. Of course he has great eyeliner and I think Vera Bradley is known for that. I'm not a fan of all of her delicate floral pieces, but this is definitely an exception to this look. I have a few bags that are hard or have hiccups and I especially like their luggage. Having done such a good job with this bag, I'm a bit surprised that the leather doesn't feel like real leather. If it had real leather and legs I think it would really enhance this bag and make it a bit more expensive. Inside is a zipped pocket for your wallet or valuables, and it's certainly big enough to hold pretty much anything you need. In general, the bag is beautiful, I will use it!
