I have these for storage for my extendable camper van. They disassemble to a small size so they can be stowed in the car. They were pretty easy to put together once I got the hang of it, and the connecting washers were so strong that my daughter couldn't take them apart (which is probably a good thing, she's only 7 years old). I could break them easily. We used them to mount a metal fan on a window so obviously they can support a bit of weight. Put in some towels, sunscreen and sunglasses, they had some gear with them. Large, we can place them on any surface in my popup, including the stovetop (which we don't use) and the enclosed sink (which we don't use either). This is extremely helpful especially on long journeys when we want to organize our clothes/items a little better. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs solid, durable modular organization in an RV or pop up. They can be placed in more ways than shown (we did 3x1's twice). After they broke I kept them in their original packaging and put them under the dining table. They take up almost no space.
