Toothpaste made my gums bleed the best
I bought Crest 3D White Advanced Toothpaste and used it twice a day for about 3 weeks. With daily use of the product, I had 2 episodes lasting several days where my gums became very sensitive in some places and bled when I brushed my teeth. This has never happened before. My teeth and gums are in excellent condition. The only change I've made that I think might be causing this is toothpaste. I have been using Mentadent for many years without any problems. I threw away Crest 3D White Advanced and went back to Mentadent about a month ago. Since then I do not have problems anymore.
