Good glasses, sloppy packaging
Coca Cola style plastic cups are fine. Big so you can have a lot of ice in one big drink. But whoever sent it just tossed 4 of them in a box, put a label on them and approved. It's not like this. When they hit, they scratched each other. Not the end of the world, but annoying. Maybe you have better luck.
