NOW I'M NOT SAYING YOU LIE ABOUT THE CHAIR, I HAVE IT AND MADE IT TOGETHER. I JUST want to clarify that I told them that Amazon already refunded me for the original chair that broke and they still offered to send me a replacement. SO I AM A MAN OF WORD AND EDIT THE REVIEW BUT NOT AS YOU EXPECTED BECAUSE THE PURCHASE REVIEW AND INTERACTION WITH THE SELLER WHEN PURCHASING THE REPLACEMENT CHAIR WAS SENT AFTER THE PURCHASE TRANSACTION WAS COMPLETED. SO THAT'S IT: To understand everything I'm about to post in an update, you must read the entire review below, so please do so. I updated the purchase price of the chair I bought from Elecwish in my post on 11/04/2020 and gave an honest review in which they look very bad (and not out of defiance, but because it is). The seller's representative named Rebecca contacted me and I had various conversations with her (see emails above - unless Amazon deleted them). I have now said that I will remove the negative review but after much deliberation I prefer to edit it. Here's why: I understand that the seller is trying to resolve an issue with an angry customer and THERE WAS A FAIR DECISION (replacing the chair with their dime for free), but this was because my negative review supported their business model Amazon harms. If you see a bad review and read what I wrote, I seriously doubt you will buy from them. They need me to remove the reviews so they can get more customers. But if I do, I'm essentially hurting the next buyer by not letting them know about the problem with the seller's product, and they could have the same experience or a worse one. Whether they contacted me and gave me a vacancy or not, it was still after the "FACT", I had to spend a month back and forth arguing my case and Revane eventually had to refund me as the seller expected it to be responsible and I also had to pack and ship the surviving parts of the chair (seat, seat bracket holding the cylinder and wheelbase, and armrest) to Revain. For me, a vacant chair is compensation for the headaches I've been going through. But here's the thing: if I had been given a replacement chair, as I was supposed to, all of this could have been avoided. I'm not a small person and I don't like to take advantage of others or hold grudges, but if I remove my review or change it in any way, I'm not living up to my principles as a former member of the US military. All I can say is that the seller needs to resolve the issue with their customer service department and actually interact with them (the buyers). I spend a whole month emailing back and forth with their California office, have only spoken to Lucy Medina once on the phone and when I received a replacement part which was NOT A REPLACEMENT SEAT TO BE MAILED, I TRIED ONCE TO CALL 8, and NEVER PICKED UP, LEAVE MESSAGES AND NO ONE CALL ME BACK AND THE LAST 3 LETTERS I SENT TO YOU NEVER HAVE ANY RESPONSE. Yes, the seller sent a replacement chair (better workmanship than the original), yes, I assembled it to make sure That it works, eh I Then I took it apart and put it away for future use if and when the chair I bought from Neo Chair Brakes wears out. Yes, the chair meets and exceeds my expectations... BUT AND I'M GETTING BIG, BUT...... the original chair lasted 6 months before it broke. If I give a positive rating it will be a lie as I just don't know and won't know how long the free chair they sent me will last. In fact, I can say that the quality is 100 percent better than before (all screw holes line up correctly, all stitching on the fabric is immaculate, all details fit perfectly, and this time there are no wobbly parts, unlike the original chair). Wednesday 28th October, after emailing Elecwish representative Lucy Medina back and forth over 8 times and being told I would be receiving a FULL CHAIR REPLACEMENT; I received a notification from MY ACCOUNT ups that the package is on its way. When he checked he said it was from China and I was excited thinking it was a replacement chair but then I noticed the item weighed less than 5 pounds. The item arrived on Saturday and was a replacement for a broken base. Here are the problems: 1- When the two support legs broke, I fell onto my side and the arm on the right, which had been loose since purchase, ended up breaking. And so I made the back of the chair. 2, to remove the base I had to break the gas bottle to remove the part. The 3 wheels for the base were also damaged when the base broke so they ended up in the trash. COMPLETELY I HAVE A CHAIR SEAT, RIGHT CHAIR ARMREST AND CHAIR BASE REPLACEMENT BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO USE NONE OF THEM BECAUSE THE LEFT ARMREST IS MISSING, THE GAS CYLINDER IS MISSING, THE WHEELS MISSING. AND NO ANSWER TO MY CALL TO THE COMPANY SINCE MONDAY MORNING. Revain refunded me 150.00 out of the 180 I spent on the chair because I used it for 6 months. They also refunded me the $30 I paid for the warranty. I even explained to them that I only have a seat and side armrests with a metal part that holds the gas bottle and nothing else, they told me everything was fine and sent it back which I just did. And after spending another $50 I bought another chair from another seller who has near perfect reviews. TAKE SERIOUSLY FROM THIS SELLER, THEY DO NOT REPRESENT THEIR PRODUCTS, THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORDS AND WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES AFTER THE FIRST CALL (I BELIEVE THEY RING ON THE CALLER ID SCREEN). I called and the person named Lucy who answered the phone heard my complaint about broken parts and issues I was having with the chair, she asked me to email her pictures of the damaged chair I have (I went after another one and also sent her a PDF copy of the purchase receipt for the chair and the gas bottle/flask I needed to buy to fix the seat and she told me a new chair would be sent to replace the one i have so i have to wait for it but something happened i got an email at 4pm today that the price i paid for the gas bottle was on my credit card will be refunded so i believe they contacted amazon to take care of it so that gives me hope a solution to this issue so once it is resolved regardless of the outcome i will update this review here are my thumbs A / TODAY, October 6, 2020, the chair l broke beyond repair, the base of the chair broke in 2 places and I would have spent my A$$, and the hydraulic/pneumatic gas lift never worked, it never lifted properly. Less than 6 months old and have already had to spend $40 to buy a gas piston which was replaced 2 days ago and the clogged base broke today. First off, the cushioned seat is uncomfortable as it has one side that lifts up and makes my hips uneasy. I'm stocky after all, but at a 250 this chair should have lasted longer than six months. Then the left side arm is wobbly and can't be fixed unless I decide to remove the cover and properly tighten the screws inside again. The armrest under the chair that lets him recline never actually says "put down," and the chair itself changes angle when I get off the chair. It's said to be rated for a 330-pound load capacity and plenty of other issues not worth my time. The base should have been metal not plastic, the plunger should have worked from the start but didn't. Next paycheck I'll buy another. Thank goodness I bought a product warranty I just want to claim and get a different brand chair. Instead, stay away from this product from the beginning
