This knee pad really helps a lot. It has a curve in the middle where it tapers so it stays in place even if you turn over or lie on your side. The material is very soft and at the same time very durable, so it keeps its shape (the outer cover can also be removed for washing). I've been using it for about a week now and I can tell a difference in my sleep and how my back and hips feel in the morning - I do martial arts and kickboxing so my hip flexors and lower back often hurt when I wake up. This little knee pillow relieves my joints, muscles and tendons, so I wake up less sore. Good product! Also bought for my husband.
