I do not recommend

When everything works fine, but there were a lot of minuses. If you don't have Spotify Premium, you can use Spotify on this device not only via Wi-Fi via Bluetooth. Alexa can't tell you what the battery level is, and you need to have both the Alexa app and the pesky UE app to keep switching between the two. But for me the biggest problem I had was not even spending a full day owning this device was in an endless cycle of unresponsive resets. After searching for a troubleshooting solution the only option found was on the ue website and there was a warning about irreversible damage to the device. Like I said when it works it's great, the sound is very good for the price but having a device that can only be reset by damaging it isn't worth it. UPDATE 6-2-18. After using the speaker for a month I have to replace it because it won't turn on at all. After using the new speaker for a few weeks, I can say that this speaker is full of problems. The speaker requires premium paid services to be used effectively over Wi-Fi, and even then that doesn't mean they'll work. After using Spotify's new premium features for 3 days, it worked great and now it suddenly skips every song. It's one thing to worry that a speaker might have faulty hardware, but having to be wary of software updates is a concern.

  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Vulgarity
