I bought these to travel light with some art supplies. The inner pockets have a loose elastic and I was able to fit 60 pens in them. In the main compartment I placed a 4x6 inch postcard jar, an eraser, a waterbrush, a 6 inch ruler, a sharpener and a small bottle. There's extra room for more. The pockets also fit small items and the large no-postcard compartment holds over 60 pens. I prefer to sort by color. Quality is great for the price. All stitching, zippers and pockets feel solid, nothing wobbles.
