High quality reel with a decent braking system that also stops the reel from rotating (big plus). However, I encountered a problem because the gap between the bracket and the pivoting part of the roller is small. The foundryman didn't clean the rolled edge at the bottom of my Craftsman tool chest. The mounting bracket had to be moved 3/16" away from the object to allow the pivot to move freely.
