Don't try to use it with DSLR

I had another tripod that was VERY VERY similar to this one (the Tack Life brand was formerly sold by Revain). rubber feet and I decided to buy a new one. Tack Life held my DSLR and wide angle lens perfectly, but the moment I put the same setup on this tripod everything started to tip down no matter how hard I tightened the rod. This is a waste of money and unfortunately my returns window is already closed. Damn. Don't entrust your expensive device to this junk... you will most likely break your lens.
