Ordered it arrived unopened but the watch had a cracked plastic holding the strap. I had to send it back and order a new one. the other didn't break. After a short charge cycle, I had trouble setting it up on my daughter's Mi Android phone. Had to use my Samsung phone to set up the account only later to use the account on their phone. The Bluetooth connection process took a while, when I finally called my daughter to put the watch on her wrist, the watch screen just died! I was able to start the watch from the app but the screen was dead! The charger itself is made in the form of a clip with a simple spring. I'm sure that even if the watch worked, it wouldn't
