Although the name suggests the Vikily brand, I was pleasantly surprised to find the shower head listed as a Nosame brand upon unboxing (see images) as I read more about the brand and trusted it a bit more. Unfortunately at the time of purchase I could not find a listing of the Nosame brand that specified the hose, which was the main reason for looking for a new shower head - the hose on our old shower head broke (the head was too heavy for it). ), and the new hose alone cost almost as much as we paid for our old head/hose/bracket set. With our old head also shooting sideways for a few months this seemed like the perfect time for a change and the sale price was a winner. a fairly common design - so given all the feedback about the included mount breaking I've decided to use our old one for as long as it lasts. This head is lighter, most of the weight is on the handle where the beads are so it shouldn't put too much strain on the hose coupler, which is good as the hose seems to be just as cheaply made as our old one - good enough for the job , but maybe not something that will last as long as the shower head itself. We have a fountain and although the head produces less water its performance is as good as the best we've used - nothing to compare with the water-saving heads of yesteryear do that shed more mist than a brook. Don't need a water saver where we live but it should still be useful for those with more hair than me and teens who want to take a 30 minute shower. Because while it doesn't have a lot of volume, its strength seems to be easily offset by its cleaning efficiency. What we have is hard water and this nozzle definitely softens it as advertised. It's only been in daily use for a few weeks, but so far not a single hole has clogged or shoots sideways. And once they start, the head is so easy to clean that it won't be difficult to take it apart. Currently my only concern is getting more beads at an affordable price as you will no doubt need to replace them every few months depending on frequency of use and water quality. The kit did not include Teflon tape, which not only was required for installing the hose, but is typically required for installing the bracket. That may not be the case with this mount, as the mount has a rubber grommet on the inside that connects to a removable wire mesh similar to a garden hose. it is for a few weeks - it would be if used for small children. If you sit and fill the tub more slowly with the showerhead than the faucet, the longer soaking the water spray will be more like a mist when it reaches you, and might even feel a little chilly. at least warmer than hot. Of course, the head can be removed from the holder for extended bathing, but the holder may be too high for younger children to reach on their own.
