Useless. They break too easily.
I've tried using them multiple times and each time part of the hoop came loose from the bolt. Then I had a broken screw embedded in a beautiful frame that had taken a long time to make. They are made of very weak metal and will break without much force. I would recommend finding a higher quality product. Now I'm stuck with 196 useless cogs.
