There were no reviews when buying, so I hope it helps someone. First let me say that I am a snob and a plaid collector. I have them for every season and change them regularly to accommodate decor changes. I bought this to wear with a burgundy slipcover that needed something a little lighter so the corner my sofa is in doesn't look like a dark dungeon. I don't have much overhead or natural light in my living room. Appearance is acceptable. It brightens up my sofa and ties that area to the rest of my decor. It suits my needs quite well. Very light ivory color. i love the color This is a very light creamy ivory. Definitely not true white. But something fell out of the packaging. It's still dripping like crazy. It's very thin, it seems less than 50x60 but I didn't measure. I wouldn't risk washing it, I don't think it will hold up well enough to use as a decoration. To be honest I paid less for better quality comforters. I will keep it until it needs to be replaced and give it to the dog. Not much in a blanket. It's about as thin as one of those cheaper new/seasonal throws you get at the big box store. I think you should keep looking if you want to use a functional warming blanket. If you're looking for thin and soft, this is a decent option.
