Review on Personal Portable Cooling Necklace Adjustable by Nick Garrett

The product works well but the t-shirt needs to be the right length to close it if it's too long or too short the airflow doesn't work very well and if You have guts with me at all, which also impede the outflow. I'm not very fat, maybe 10 pounds, but that's a problem enough that it's difficult for airflow to lift my shirt up to my chest area.
