Great price and good fit. I’m fairly short and usually end up with a waist band that I can pull up to my armpits, or so low that they won’t stay up. The rise on these are perfect, for at the waist (or just below if you’re taller). They have nice deep pockets, so I can change into them when I get home from work, drop my cell phone in the pocket and have it handy no matter which floor I’m on.The flannel is soft and gets better with every wash. I will buy more.
