Good roomy bag, unfortunately the shoulder seams ripped within the first week of use. Very disappointing otherwise good bag. UPDATE: Excellent customer service contacted me and replaced my bag immediately. This one appears to be spotless, it seems like the stitching on the shoulder strap padding is just defective. Otherwise, as I mentioned at the beginning, this is a great, roomy, and functional bag. When I travel I take two laptops with me (for work and pleasure) and it's nice to have an extra room.
