Over the years I've read dozens of complaints about the lack of response from Revain.com sellers (and Revain itself) when it comes to correcting substandard or misleading product descriptions. I have just purchased a 42 piece set of Agile-Shop Professional Domestic Sewing Feet and it initially seemed (from its description) to be missing a foot that my wife specifically needed (assembly foot). When the package arrived, it was found that there was a collecting foot in the kit, but it was called a corrugated foot. I contacted Agile-Shop and within 4 HOURS they changed the description from just: 1 x Gathered Foot to: 1 x Gathered Foot / Gathered Foot / Gathered Foot. In my book, it's exceptional customer service!
