The anklet should be 9-11 inches long, it's not, it's only 10 and I literally needed another 1/4 inch to fit me the way I like it. And even to return the goods you have to have your own packaging and either print the label, which I can't do, or pay someone to print the label. I have rarely spent so much money on myself and I was so disappointed. In addition, "hemp" has a plastic and synthetic effect. I used to make hemp jewelry myself, that's not the case at all. It would be perfectly fine with the fact that it appears to be synthetic if it were as long as it says it should be.
