I really like these boxes because as advertised they are really airtight and can be stored in the freezer. no problem, and they're transparent so you know what's inside without labeling them. I use them every day to clean up leftovers and these boxes keep them airtight and fresh. I also use some dry food storage boxes like baking soda and cocoa which works great too. My only (minor) gripe is that the clasps are really difficult to close, and sometimes I'm a little scared that one of them will break, so I always close them carefully. So far nothing has broken and I believe they will work perfectly for many years to come. Just wanted to point out that if someone plans to use them as lunch boxes for their 6 year olds, it takes force to close the lids.
