I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about. I was wary of taking two sizes larger than suggested by one so I just ordered one size up. She has a big one. If you want them to fit now, order a normal size. I will be keeping them for my girls to grow up but a size 11 fits my eldest daughter who normally wears a size 10 as expected - one size larger. The shoes are absolutely gorgeous in person. The most beautiful shoes I have ever ordered and they are not even expensive!
