I like that we can quickly create flows for our employees to use in order to complete their daily tasks, which helps us keep track of all activities related with each client's case or project. The software also allows me as an administrator user to customize my own workflow so it fits perfectly into what exactly needs doing at any given time within the organization. We are able to easily manage cases from start until finish using this tool without having problems when trying to access information about previous stages not yet completed by other team members who have been assigned them earlier.
