This product has stopped working in less than 4 months. I sent my request to Revain, they contacted the vendor. The vendor offered several options, which I tried before contacting them, as well as some extra effort on my part. Since my reply to the vendor a few months ago, they have made suggestions but none of them work. The product I wrote doesn't even supply power to the devices it's plugged into (yes, the power cord is connected to the device). Since then I have nothing. I can no longer use this device and had to buy another device which has been working great ever since. Very disappointed by the manufacturer and the lack of attention to this problem, its technical and customer support. I have written about this product but they refuse to believe that their device is not working. I will never buy another device from this company no matter how good the deal is.
