I have a strange problem: tea makes me urinate all the time. But it's not the caffeine that a lot of people run out of - personally I think it's the tannin since I can drink a caffeinated soda like Mt Dew and store it throughout the day if needed. Drink a small cup of tea and I will urinate 3 times an hour. So I drink tea (which I LOVE) when I'm home, but I don't really like soda so I drink fortified water when I go out and take a caffeine pill to get the caffeine I need so I can don't get a headache. .I love that it is a 'low dose' (100mg) instead of the more usual 200mg capsules. I have to halve 200mg. I've never tried them with L-Theanine before, so I didn't know what to expect, but I feel like it "pins" my focus just a bit - no jitters or anything. I am happy with their use. . My only "complaint" is that they are much larger than regular caffeine pills and are a soft gel cap that can get stuck in my throat at times. When I've finished them I'll probably order more.
