My money is wasted, the product is terrible.
I chose according to reviews on services, such as this - I took into account the sound quality, convenience when playing sports, and the duration of the sound. The reliability criterion was not particularly considered, because relied on the brand. I thought Apple wouldn't do anything bad. But when faced with a problem, I found such a huge number of cases similar to mine - horror. I don't even know why this product has such a high rating. I’m going to change, and I don’t even know what to ask - an exchange for a serviceable product or a refund
- Sound, like, nothing, if in my case you can generally judge the sound quality. They sit firmly on the ears - for sports a must go (again if I can judge)
- Opened after purchase - the left earpiece does not work. Charged. Connected to the iPhone - the charge of the left earpiece is 0%. Inside the case, both headphones work, because. The left one is constantly on recharging. Just take it out - the left one turns off. Marriage
