Conair does not serve customers at all!
Bought this scale in late October for its Bluetooth capabilities and Conair products have been great in the past. Not this time! The scale was working great until less than a month later it started throwing an error code and shutting down. I've been trying to contact Conair for 2 weeks with no real help. I called the 800 number on the box, they gave me another 800 number to call with no extension set up. Still no answer even after calling back saying the number isn't working. I even went so far as to email support about my frustration with the lack of customer service a week ago. Still no answer. I give the scale 1 star because I have to rate it.
