BETWEEN THE TWO BETWEEN TORN: Coffee

Now I'm on my second or third kilo kick. After finding Kick Ass for the first time, I continued to try other coffees and roasts in search of "my favorite coffee". I have other coffees that I haven't tried yet, but I've tried quite a few other highly rated coffees. Some were good and some I gave away. I now know what I want in coffee and roast. I want it all! Is that asking too much now? I grind my own beans and use a good quality coffee maker with no burner to light the coffee. Kicking Horse is the only coffee I keep coming back to. I'll tell you this while torn between two favorites. And they are both Kicking Horse Coffees! . 454 hp and pipettes. Kick Ass has a much better body while 454 has better flavor notes and smokiness. If anyone knows of a coffee that combines both, please let me know. I learned a great coffee-making tip everyone should know: add a pinch of salt to your set! You won't feel the salt in the finished product, but it will remove any acidity present, unless of course you're a fan of acidity in coffee.
