I have rheumatoid arthritis and it affects my feet so shoes are my enemy. I had to find hiking shoes that I could walk in and not hobble home after a short distance. I bought these shoes even though I don't normally wear shoes, but combined with the lightness of these sneakers and the foam padding on the inside, these really are the most comfortable shoes I own. I'm used to walking barefoot, wearing tags or slippers because of the pain. I wore these shoes all day and never noticed them. If you suffer from joint, toe and toe pain, try these shoes.
