Doesn't fit in ear Constantly falls out

I thought it would be good but not good at first with L and R opposite I tried with L and R to adjust the headphones and they don't do it in my ear stay up so I thought maybe I need to resize the earphone strips that come with the earphones but that still didn't work they just refuse to stay in my ear. gonna fall down no matter what i did.
