So look. Something is wrong with the ratings and "likes" of this product. They are beautiful but trust the low star reviews. They're wasteful and drain batteries. Each light requires 4 batteries. I stocked up, assuming four batteries would last me all season, but wanted to make sure I didn't use up my entire battery stash. Well each of them lasted batteries for two weeks - we bought two packs and four packs of these flashlights and each of the six (6) flashlights ran out of batteries within two weeks. 2 weeks. And I would like to add, when we turned them on at dusk, we set the time to 6 or 8 o'clock (I don't remember which one), so it's not a light, these lights flashed all night or we sometimes forgot turn them off. I also usually set the slowest flash because some of the flash settings are a bit crazy for me. If you intend to use them all season, count 12, count them, 12 batteries per light. They are beautiful, but the hidden costs to the user and the environment are too high. Also, the company sent a remote control for EACH light source. One remote works for everyone. Seems wasteful to get 6 remotes.
