It's easy to use, you can quickly build your own rules that will automate tasks in seconds! The customer support team are always quick at answering questions or solving issues if we have any problems during our work day (which does happen sometimes!).
As good as it has been so far I think there could be more features added such automation of different processes for example emailing customers when they order their products etc.. Overall this tool helps us with automating repetitive manual checks which saves time but also gives an extra level security by adding another set off eyes into each process/task before releasing them out live - meaning less errors being made after release!!
