Not used yet. So I can't judge the temperature difference inside the car when it's in the sun. However, there is a good coating on the windshield. So I would say that after sitting there will be a change in temperature. This means when the cars are left in the hot sun it will be cooler inside with the coverage this screen allows. What I don't like is the inconvenience of the setup. You have to play with him to get him in the right position. It's not just a click.
