Pretty efficient! in ladies

Overall I was impressed with this product! It had been a long time since I last tried at home waxing and I really had no luck so I was wary of trying again. Despite the mixed reviews, what attracted me was the fact that "the strips aren't needed" - and they waived it! For the next round I'll probably buy the strips, although I sometimes found it difficult to remove the wax from an intact strip, eventually it came off in bits. But still effective! So I quickly realized that the trick is to make patches that are narrower, not too wide, and of reasonable length. Make sure the wax is applied in a thick and even layer - if you have jagged edges on a thinner edge it will be a bit more difficult to get a clean 'strip'. Also, instead of using a wax heater, I boiled a small pot of water and then set it on a stand next to me to apply the wax, which definitely bought me more time. I only had to warm up once. Speaking of warm-ups, I found it important to follow directions when he says "15-second intervals" to warm him up. Do the first 30 seconds, open the lid and try to blend, you probably won't get it right away, then SERIOUSLY do just 15 second intervals, stirring each time until you get a good consistency. Make sure you test it on your wrist first before applying it to your delicate pieces! I only had to warm up once, using hot water as a buffer, and this time I tried to warm up for just 30 seconds to avoid tossing. MUCH hotter finished and had to wait a bit for it to cool down to the right point! So by all means be patient and stick to 15 second intervals. It seems painful, but you really don't want to take shortcuts when it comes to caring for your personal flower, do you? ;)
