This laptop is not worth it. The seller doesn't respond either. I won't buy anything from them anymore. I bought two straight away: for my wife and for me. We play together. Mine works fine but she had constant problems that started after about 30 days: BSOD, overheating, freezing, inability to launch many applications. Problems with the graphics card and the motherboard. In such a situation, the seller usually refunds or replaces. But they didn't answer us. We've been dealing with this awful machine for several months now. Also, sending the laptop back to MSI for return shipping became too expensive (because we have to insure the laptop and pay for shipping, which is $170 each time). All in all, this was one of the worst purchases I've ever made. did. So much money was lost. What a big disappointment. I just want the seller to replace this item because mine works fine and there are a lot of 5 star reviews here so it's clear the one I bought for my wife is just a random bad car, an exception . Fingers crossed that the seller at least pays attention to the bad rating and can help us.
