Review on 🗄️ mDesign Clear Plastic Stackable Square Food Storage Bin Drawer Organizer with Lid - 4 Pack by David Stover

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I'm just not sure what they are for.

Sturdy lid that can be stacked. The lid doesn't close at all. The top cover, unlike the one shown in the picture, is not fully transparent - it has ribbing. The clear plastic seems pretty durable. It cannot be scratched with a fingernail or other boxes made of the same material. Something will scratch it, but if you're not carrying it around your garage I think you're good. In terms of strength, it's strong enough for light objects, not heavy tools, and it's ok (actually, I think you can put heavy tools in it, it will scratch it, but it doesn't look like the bottom give in). It's a lightweight plastic and I wouldn't put pressure on it, but I don't think it'll tear if I shove it against a wall either (why would I? Mind your own business). Unlike other lightweight, rigid, and transparent plastics, it flexes just enough not to break if you make a wrong move. The lid is definitely stronger than the walls. Cannot be washed in the dishwasher. I don't think you need it, but I can't give it 5 stars for 'easy to clean' if you can't wash dishes. Also, there are corners. Although plastic is easy to wash, I don't want to honey off if the walls are fragile (again myob). I originally got this to test if the rice pillow was firm enough. It is not. I would not put any additional items in it. It doesn't "click" even with the slightest closure of the lid, it's completely free. So I found a way to put my medicine in it and I like it, but it's not a system I would recommend. If something doesn't fit, the lid goes up. I do not know. This is already a personal opinion. This part doesn't count towards my ranking - just a warning to all the 'over organized' container shop junkies like me. It's not as useful as it seems.
