Spent 15 minutes closing this damn thing. Had to use a clamp and really get him to close it. Probably had a marriage but 15 minutes was very uncomfortable. UPDATE: The seller was very active in sending me another one. The new one opens and closes very gently. My wife really likes the color (blue), and the car is very comfortable, that is, an umbrella.
