Disappointed in many ways.

First, I'm not a professional photographer, although I've been taking pictures for a long time. I figured it was time to switch from point-and-shoot to a larger-sized camera. I had a Canon G7 and loved it, but wanted to record higher quality videos for YouTube and streaming and take family photos. I liked the idea of recording 4k and extracting the perfect moments because I have 8 kids and it's difficult to get the perfect moment. This feature was not as good and not as high quality as in the demo. The images were often blurry, not capturing a single useful moment. Maybe someone who likes more professional settings will like this camera. Out of the box, it wasn't user-friendly or intuitive. I also didn't like the presets and filters compared to the Canon G7. At one point I couldn't even get a decent photo, even with the Ai set to auto. After resetting the camera settings and thinking the settings had gone wrong, I got a good shot with no settings. I ended up buying a Canon m50 which I still love and even without knowing all the settings I can take amazing photos. Canon's quality is simply better, and there are about half as many dials, making it easier to adjust to what you want. Was a fan of Lumix Point and shoots but not this mirrorless one.
